Hey pol,

keep strong, those feelings will come but they do go, just as quickly, 2 whole weeks tomorrow,

Keep going, you will feel a lot brighter very soon.

Well it's been 2 weeks gamble free, thought would get easier further I have come but it's geting harder if anything, can't take my mind of gambling and it's really effecting my moods, this is the last thing I want as it's making me act different around my gf and I feel I Can't even tell her about how I feel as she doesn't no how bad this adiction is, will power is the key as it stands,

Morning pol.

2 weeks is a great achievement my friend, as the first couple of weeks can be hard, as we start to adjust, mentally and emotionally,

You may start to feel drained, and very tired, just take one day at a time, your moods will be all over the place,

Stay strong and determined, and be kind to you, you will feel more positive very soon.

Take care

They won't do anything about it pol, just think about all the adverts on the TV alone promoting gambling, as along as they are in nearly every advert, it will only progress, I totally agree with you, there are now more bookies on the high street than ever there was, say even 5 years ago.

Don't let it get to you, they have had more than your share, look at them for what they are now, they are everywhere because they are making money, for them and therefore expanding.

Concentrate on you, don't give them another single penny, simply by not feeding this addiction another penny.

You are doing fine, keep positive

PS

Ade put a link on his diary, about a professional footballer, who actually said this addiction is a lifetime illness, click on his link, and watch it, very informative,
