Happy 122 day hope that flu shooos soon. Get some Benylin it helped with chest and rib pain. Hated the flu esp. on sofa.

Thanks Bella, I have been taking Beecham flu plus and am now over the worst.
What a great feeling, into the new year and we already have many, many gamble free days behind us. A great start for our task, to go this whole calendar year gamble free.

Thankyou for the comment on my first diary entry and thankyou so much for directing me towards your own. I have read the 1st and 4th pages and I must say you are an inspiration! You break down gambling into what it really is- an elaborate ruse- A CON.
I especially like the mentions of liberating ourselves rather than missing out on anything or withdrawing.
