Have reached 40 days. I’m a bit less active on here as it’s my eldest child’s 5 th birthday so we are celebrating

Day 44 today Debsy ... and I'm honestly not thinking about 6 days time.... honestly 😉

Thanks as always for the great support. I have not been as active on here as life has somewhat taken over. Still gamble free at 45 days. I’m so happy and really making great strides in my gam change course 

Sometimes, our desire and enthusiasm to be gambling free can wane a bit.  The way I see it, the secret of our success is all about a balanced, steady approach.  Which you have, Debsy!  And this is the approach that is going to, one day at a time, see you through 🙂 

46 days gambling free Debsy, every day hard-earned and just think of all that self-discovery that makes you more fulfilled and others around you bask in the glow 🙂
