Two month mark today, must admit now I am in that mode where I don't think about gambling for days and days.

It's up to me now, the constant everyday addiction has now gone. No excuses from here.

Good luck everyone.

Hey Sean1,

Congrats at your 2 month mark, feels great don't it? I'am at 61 days today and loving the fact, I don't spend my time or money in that dam casino anymore. I really like how we start to think more positive the further we get along on our journeys to a gamble free life!

Well Done,

Chicagoguy

Hi all

Week 9 and still gamble free!

Has I keep irritating, no excuses from here, the decision to gamble or not to gamble lies with MYSELF AND MYSELF ONLY! No one has ever forced me to gamble.

Hi Shaun

I've been told that's quite normal in the early days of quitting gambling - that happened to me and I know it has been the same for others on here. The good thing as you said and i thought the same, was that indeed, it was only a dream.

Keep up your positive efforts in remaining gamble free.

The dreams won't stop!!!

Last night had another dream about gambling, the wife went shopping and I had £20 on me. As I was waiting for her I found myself next to a bookie. I went in, looked at the FOBT machine and number 10 had just been out. So I stuck the whole £20 on 10 and around it, spun the wheel and number 10 came out, won £300.

As I said previously, lucky for me it was a dream because for me to go in and win £300 would just be the start of HELL for me again!!

10 weeks gamble free, it's a great feeling!

A great start - BUT ONLY A START!

Got to see this through now folks. WE ALL HAVE TO because we owe it to ourselves.

Hi

Day 79 today, don't the days fly by!

Had to look closely at the calendar to make sure it was 79 days.

Keep the faith! AND REMEMBER, WE WILL NOT GAMBLE TODAY!
