Good to see early check ins and hope this is gonna be at least tiny motivation for the weekend/ week ahead to the soldiers who are struggling.
Always remember dear friends, problems will not dissappear from our lives as soon as we stop this destroyng habit, but we now can face them from different and more manageable angle.
There will be tougher days and more calmer ones..we have a choice to make on each and single one of them...and we will! We are doing it and there is no way bk!
Very well done and keep posting, on good and bad,you are not alone.

Nice ones on checking in and yes..i do agree with both of you..firstly work should be banned lol ..but...as everywhere, another day another dollar! ..i heard a saying " if you look after your pennies, pounds will look after themselves"..couldn't be more true!! Esp battling this nasty bug! And yes Balvaird - let's stay gamble free!!!!
