You mentioned knowing our day counts - just to let you know mine had tumbled down to day 2 (saturday I made some bad choices).
Feeling guilty, like not only have I let myself down ive let a lot of people down on here. The ones that follow my diary, the ones I give advice to.
Had a restless night with dreams about gambling again. I just need to stay strong again for a week or two.
