Maybe Baljit doesnt know how to express himself as well as others. There are loads of people who have relapsed many times before they understood what they need to do. We all recovery at different speed.

I admire someone who can come here time and again and admit they have gambled again.

Hi Baljit and a warm welcome to the forum and however you choose to use it.

I remember a while back there was a a user called Ps1 who started a new thread each day to basically say "today I have not gambled" I would then answer with "well done" type sentiment. I'd say this went on for a month or so and then Ps1 carried on with one topic for a bit.. unfortunately he or she has now disappeared.

Must admit though I quite warmed to them.. a connection was made.. whatever works thats what i say. All the best.. S.A 🙂

I hope you get the hang of this posting. I wasn't being unkind to you by doing this thread, I just had the feeling, rightly or wrongly you needed a little help.

Anyway....whether you want to post continuously on one diary or whether you choose to post on several. I honestly wish you well. After all, who am I to talk, I'm not perfect.

This morning I took my wife's credit card without her knowing to get some money out. But luckily for me it had reached its limit, and when I got back home my wife confronted me about it. I felt humiliated and ashamed and very low. please help me give me advise. this will be day 2 but if l had got money out it would have gambled today. so l am glad l have no money at all thats the only way i am going to learn, l get paid on the 25 each month work hard all month what for ,

thanks everyone for the help and support, the bookies wont get any of my wages any more.
