Hello Blajit, I am a new user here, just signed up yesterday. I have been reading your thread with interested and just wated to say very well done too. You have made remarkable progress given the amount of times you gambled previously. I guess its all about putting those first buildig blocks in, the first few days for example, and then we build on that. I hope to do the same. I wish yourself and everyone else continued success and a very happy and more fulfiling 2010.

All the best,

Simon.

Hey Baljit,

8 days, you are doing really well. Have you self excluded from the bookies Baljit? If you haven't you may find yourself in danger when you are paid again and the urges to gamble hit you.

Thinking of you.

Hi Baljit!

it is fantastic progress that you managed 5 weeks without a bet. Well done, it must have been very difficult.

Have you learned more about what triggers you to gamble, from your slip ups? Learning about what can make you gamble, means you can be aware of when you are most vulnerable.

I wish you success in recovery Baljit.
