today is my day 1.Â
I would call myself an emotional gambler and i tend to go to gambling when im feeling sad or something is happening in my life.Â
i was a year free and over the christmas periood i was stupidly dragged back. I didnt deposit any money into the site. But i accessed the site 7 days in a row over christmas. Yes people may see this as a success that i didnt gamble. But honestly i feel like ive let my self down so much. So today i am starting again and reaching out for help again.Â
Hello charchun,
Welcome to the forum, and thank you for sharing your story here.
It sounds like you feel disappointed that you visited a gambling site, even though you deposited no money. It is understandable that you want to avoid them completely. It is so good that you were free of gambling last year. I wonder if you are using GamStop, or GamBan, or banking Apps to block you from online gambling.
GamStop (National self-exclusion scheme for online gambling)

Gamban (Blocking software for devices like smartphones, laptops and so on)
