Hey Rob,

Just the next city across - it'll take about an hour. Have to do a presentation etc. Would be a lot easier to do today if I didn't have a hangover! 🙂

Hope you're keeping well.

Hi Dave,

Hope it went okay, do you know when you hear back from them?

Life's always easier with out a hangover, but not many good stories involve a quiet night in!

How are you finding the no gambling?

Absolutely rubbish day today.

Girlfriend had said that she could cover the bills for the month but then decided that she couldn't. Much stress - in the end we'll get most of them covered.

Did a 30 mile round trip to see my mother only to end up getting a lecture on not having any money or a job. It's no wonder I'm messed up.

Absolutely no chance of me gambling right now. I have less money than Gambia.

Day: Whatever.

Didn't get the job. The hunt continues!

No gambling though and I have a pint in my hand.

Focus on the positive folks!

One day away from a month gamble free.

If you're reading this on Day 1, you've come to the right place and you've made a great choice.

Stay strong, folks, especially now that the footy season has started!

SIR indeed. Still going strong. New job prospects coming up. Once again enjoying a pint.

Gambling is a prison. Break out and run free.

Over two months. New job. No gambling.

If you're here on Day1 or day 10, keep going. It gets easier.

A new job, gambling free day count going up. . . your life is sounding better by the day!
Stay away from that money eating, demoralising, soul destroying machine, you're not going there no more 'cos you're on the up. Gambling free, happiness is yours for the taking, stay strong and take it with both hands!!
Best wishes x

Hi Dave,

Nice to hear that you are still doing okay, and still progressing in the right direction too. It ain't easy when you are working towards a particular goal while still dealing with all of the stress and frustration that daily life has to take. The space that not gambling affords is significant, so if you already have self-employed resolutions, then having a customer base within the region will at least help. #woodinnuendo
