4 Weeks GF! apart from a few urges I haven't really struggled this week, which is good but this is just the start of a long road which I will keep on.
32 Days GF! but now its seems I am drinking way too much as I seem to have gone a bit jaundiced! so lets see how long I can go ALCOHOL Free as well (at this rate I will not have any vices lol)

39 Days GF 7 Days Alcohol Free and 2md Day of diet. Something good is going on in my head and I am enjoying the feeling and long may it continue! I will not be getting complacent however as I know how long the road to recovery truly is but today is a good day!
Haven't been on due to the log in problems. However I am now 55 Gambling Free and not had an alcoholic drink in 22 days AND I am also dieting. I am starting to have some self respect back at long last but this road is long and at times arduous and but I will keep following this path. Keep the faith all and succeed!
