4 days Gamble free
Just done my debt management budget, and it will be until April when I am out of debt. This has got me down, feels like I am working for free.
5 days gamble free, feel miserable
You are not working for free. You are working to BE free, debt free. You will have more options open to you once you get there.
Use this time to work out why you gamble and tighen up the how you've managed to gamble again.
Recovery is about more than finances. If you can get it right you can be well on your way by time the debt has cleared.
Keep at it =)
6 days gamble free, have an urge to gamble to reduce my debt but since I have blocking software I can't open up a new bookie account and do it
8 days gamble free, being at work helps me forget
well done on 8 days Dark Horse and for keeping busy. Being at work helps, make sure you are not alone and bored in the evenings, try go see family or friends, go for a walk or get into a TV series or Computer game. If you feel weak at night call someone or take yourself to bed to turn that brain off, it works for me.
It will get easier

9 days Gamble free, thanks for the support everyone, still feel very depressed generally.
Had to order another credit card to keep afloat.
10 days gamble free, generally feeling extremely irritable, today was a bad day in that sense at work.
Affected by gambling?
