Youve done the right thing. I’ve just completed my first week without gambling.
I started last Sunday speaking to someone at Gamcare, I then put all the stops in place Gamban, Gamstop etc.
I opened up to my wife about my problems and spoke to her about the debt that I’ve gotten myself into, I also joined GA and went to my first two meeetings.
I found that by opening up and speaking to people about my issues definitely helped.

thank you I’ve also completed a week what I have realised is whatever I won always went back in and I came home empty pockets anyway so instead of thinking I could win if I went I’m thinking about how much I lost last time I gambled and don’t want to relive the feeling thanx for the reply x
