Hi CL

Well done on your continued abstinence. 3 weeks tomorrow, great achievement. Keep making the right choice, days will soon add up and you will find yourself in better place with each one of them. You are doing it and should be proud. You and your loved ones deserves peace and happiness in your lives. Make it happen, live the dream and not the nightmare.

Take care

Well well well Mr!!!

So there you go and there you have it - definitely time to change your name mate!

Sometimes I wonder why I spend hours in front of my PC on Saturday nights and Sunday mornings.......and other times during the week........but then every now and again someone like you comes along and your success makes it absolutely worth while!!!

Just to confirm though.....your success isn't down to a GamCare site, or a Challenge, or self exclusion or anything like that.....it's down to you. It's down to your desire to stop, to change, to improve, to like yourself, to be proud, to give others reasons to be proud...........it's you that's doing all of that - the other things are merely a supporting act.

I am massively pleased for you CL and am so inspired by your enthusiasm........it's just the beginning though mate - every day you wake up remind yourself that just for that day you will not gamble. 3 weeks is nothing in comparison to what you can achieve.

Proud to be walking alongside you CL......and change your name!! 😉 You ain't no loser no more.

Thanks for coming by Mo.

day 25 and couldn't be happier. Had a loverly swimming day yesterday with family and watched my little 19 month old go underwater or fall about 30 times lol. I was just embracing these moments and enjoying these memories we have made together. I would of not have made these memories together if i was behind a computer screen gambling. So yesterday i learnt a lot! i learnt that i am making amazing memories with my family and it cost me nothing. I learnt that i was happy again and embracing what life has to offer. I learnt i am happier in this place and not in the horrid quiet bubble life of gambling.

I am on day 25 and i am a CG but today i will not gamble
