Hi folks, today is my first day. I have been in touch with GamCare and awaiting a phone call for councelling. Feeling confident and motivation to stop gambling is high. Thanks for all your posts i have spent hours reading through. Will be back on tomorrow with a further update.

take one away at all times and the punt becomes impossible,gifting your brain the chance to re-wire itself.
Through arresting the destructive gambling you actually become a winner,each day you stop the losses you win.
A far cry from the mantra we all live by whilst at it.
I CANNOT WIN BECAUSE I CANNOT STOP.
you changed that,you joined the winning side.
For that well done,it takes courage and will take determination.
Be kind to yourself.
