Sorry to hear how devastated you’re feeling at the moment. It can feel so disheartening. It’s good to remember that occasional gambling doesn’t mean you’ve failed and are back at square one though – you went 9 days without gambling and that’s an achievement.
It can be helpful to think of a lapse or relapse as an opportunity to learn. Perhaps you could take a closer look at what led to you gambling again. Can you identify any triggering factors? If you’re able to take a look at what happened, you can then try to come up with ways to prevent it next time.
