Day 21, 3 weeks and I'm feeling strong. Cheltenham has been and gone and not once did I look at any of the race cards or results. Had 2 counciling sessions so far, and it's all going well. Getting paid on a Friday and not sloping off to the bookies, self excluding from there was the best thing I ever did, because the temptation has well and truely been taken away. You have to put up very high fences to beat your demons, the more you put up the better. Stay strong everyone!!!!
