Hi, I don't know where to start with this, I'm 21 and have been gambling since I was 18, in recent years its got worse and worse and I end up blowing all my wages every month through various gambling outlets, tonight I went to the casino and lost a lot, iv come home and decided enough is enough and it's time to grow up and take some responsibility. Any advice would be appreciated and I look forward to taking this journey with everyone here and hope maybe I could help someone else along the way.
Well done on coming on this site and admitting you have a problem. You need to block yourself from all these outlets as much as possible. I only gamble online as other places are not available for me. Make a plan of action e.g block computer, close accounts, self exclude from casinos, get a cash card and dump debit/credit card, change mobile phone etc. Its the only way for me. I'm 45 and you dont want want to be in the same situation as me £000's in debt. Be strong and good luck
Thanks very much for the advice. Iv been working long days these last two days so have had little time to gamble or get the urge to. The true test comes when I have two full days off next week, (one of which I get paid a months wage on) I think I'm going to put it all in my girlfriends account to look after. That's two days down here's to number 3
