Many thanks Iwished and HTF.

Day 91 - an enjoyable trip to the local Car Boot Sale where we picked up a Micro-scooter for 3 - thought it might do for little grandson, but realised it's for an adult. Bargain! Now I am riding it round the garden ... always longed for a scooter as a child but funds wouldn't stretch (cue violins...). Second childhood beckons..

who needs gambling? :o)

Thanks Suzanne - just kept to the paths and patio. The lawn is sacrosanct! :o)

Day 93 and thought for the day: Why can't people just let things go? (re. some unpleasant posts recently.) As Vic and Bob would say: "You wouldn't let it lie....! Keep smiling Phil.

Hi Joanna.

Thank you for the kind words in my diary.

Good to see that you are doing well and yes I am feeling good every evening total exhausted after a 14 hour shift but I know what I'm doing it for and this makes it a bit easier and having met my niece and her son last Sunday was so nice I would write more but sorry I'm just to tired and really have to go to bed now but I promise I will kee in contact.

You have a good rest week and don't rack your garden to much with your new toy lol

Love and respect

Wolfgang

Day 95 - feeling a bit sad that Bornagain has been gagged on the site, but hopefully he will be allowed to return as he is much missed.

Other than that, all well with me and thankfully each day gets me further away from any thoughts of gambling. I'm beginning to feel like all those fortunate people who think gambling is a mug's game and wouldn't touch online slots with a bargepole.

Many thanks Wolfgang. :o)

Day 98 for me and looking forward to my 'century'. Feeling more cheerful now that it looks as if Bornagain will be returning to our merry band. May the force be with you Phil!

Good Sunday morning Joanna,

"100" 🙂 in view all reason for you to be very proud of yourself and to celebrate 🙂 I will be there soon myself (again lol) and looking foreword to it 🙂

Feel a bit worn out from work but I'm feeling good and looking positive into the future.

Today is my only weekly rest day and the sun is just looking out so I think I will enjoy a Sunday in the garden doing nothing 🙂

You take good care of yourself and keep your good work going.

Love and respect

Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang - Bless you - hope you are managing to have a rest from all your toil.

Good to read that you are still fine and dandy.

Day 99 for me today. '99' - where's a Cadbury's Flake when you need one?

(Wolfgange - you might need Lou to explain the mysteries of British ice-cream habits!)
