Nite n bless boo. It is quite lovely to have a full house tonight. Our new moggy seems very happy because her human mum is here with her. Everything just feels right. Sleep well ?

Saturday 1st February..

Bright but breezy out. Pinky grey clouds here in this neck of the woods.

Not feeling to bad.. And to be honest with what some folk have on their plates have no room to grumble really.

Murlo thinking of your little household.. And others on here with their tender stories of debt and partnership problems.. So hope they resolve as easily as they can.

So it's up and clean.shop. Hopefully cinema 12noon hence no 1pm chat... Afternoon and evening in then which suits. I'm not actually a Saturday night going out person.. Afternoon to tea time yes but dislike the noise and chaos of the evening.

I feel like I need an injection of buzz.. Which will pass.. And the only fleeting cure to that buzz would be a gamble BUT, and I have russ to thank for this about reinforcing that a bad day not gambling is better than a bad day gambling. This will pass as soon as I am out and about soon shopping and such.. I said the other day initial morning is sometimes like this. . I won't gamble. Its counterproductive now to start undoing all that I have and still want to achieve. I imagine sitting knitting a big scarf, dropping a stitch and having to unrove it to start again. The frustration would be too much.. Or sat typing a huge piece of work then pressing the wrong button and P**f. Gone...... ?

Also to add today on the subject of name. I do notice that some on forum sign now with their birth names.. Russ being one and sometimes SB. But I am one of those people that once someone tells me there name which they give on meeting  the name sticks with me, so it's not that I am not recognising the informality. If ever a time came that were any of us to meet or correspond outside of gamcare I am sure it would be the forum names I used with you..  Could prove interesting in the middle of your local and a conversation starter ??

Anyway too much nattering for time being

Talk later and have an easy a day as you can all

Night time.

Some tender tones on chat tonight..

It's about breaking free of the chains that bind.. I understand The  fear too and the uncertainty.. Filling the voids etc. But I do feel overall for myself and others I have connected with past several months there have been many positives....

Patterns I can see. Weekends people struggle with. But we are a strong minded set.. Dare I say robust and set up with enough between us to help ourselves and others too on this gamcare forum chat and diary.

Chat is  8pm extended tomorrow. Think I am out again at 1pm.so will catch you when I can.

One scottie boo nudging for attention.. Seems I have to go..

Nite and bless

Boo and scottie boo

??

Night.

Chat is thinning out. Hope everyone is OK even if not returned.

As briefly outlined on chat concerns over bro. In. Law in hospital but lifestyle changes will aid. It has been an emotional time for my sister, ( step sister) as it bought back tender memories of her mum... But sis reassures me she's OK. Strong viking genes we must have.

I'm OK. Today has flown.. Monday at work so incarcerated so to speak for several hours... Guarantee no mischief re. Gambling.. Then few days off and actually something to do each day.. Very fortunate..

So everyone sleep well. Have a good Monday and 8pm tomorrow awaits.

Nite n bless boo ?
