Sunday.

Hello looks gorgeous out.

I am feeling easier today re connection with chat. I can only apologise for going over the top about it all to my friends here and gamcare staff. I had a highly emotional day yesterday and have made some decisions, about social media n stuff. Some folk are winding me up and being very negative. I appreciate there fears, and worries. I also have to self preserve me for me. My loved ones and my patients. Stress breaks us both physically and mentally and I need to spend today balancing my ying n yang. So I am social media distancing now. I will connect with messenger and tea time later we are doing a juke box request on fb. That is my Sunday club friends I usually drink with and quiz

So today.

Shop at NHS allowed times.

General Potter about house.

Cook

Clean.. Again.. Groan..

Chat

So all stay safe.

Mums on here enjoy your day.

Daughters and sons on here enjoy if you can connecting with mum as is safe. Thoughts to those who cannot or have difficult family situations.

So here's to everybody's ying and yang

Love from boo ???

Good Morning Boo,

You are a lovely soul. You’ve got nothing to apologise for yesterday. Times are tough and you wanted the normality and support of chat which is something you contribute to in a regular basis. Nothing wrong with being frustrated yesterday.

For years now my friends, wife and family all laugh at my dinosaur type existence when it comes to social media. I have never had any type of interaction on social media. No FB, twitter, instagram etc. Its not for me. This forum is the only platform I use and its because I need it.

It is indeed a fabulous day outside. I went for a 6 mile run yesterday and washed the car. I plan on having another run today.

Enjoy your day. Take it easy, relax and stay safe.

RR

Good morning dear lady.

You suddenly entered my thoughts earlier. A passing train was calling out your name as it passed the level crossing ♡ tickety-boo ♤ tickety-boo ♤ tickety-boo.

Wishing you a super duper Sunday.

Morning.

Looks lovely out. But am. Prepared to admire the view,. I am staying in more now. I will nip to corner shop and do what I have to

Tense times ahead

Our neighbours moved yesterday so no more the two lovely cats Fred n ginge. Felt upset about that. The girl who lived there wasn't sociable as such and never spoke really but I took parcels in for her and fed her cats with bowl Of milk each day. Oh well scottie boo now has no public enemy number one and will have to go back to chasing her tail.

No gambling urges whatsoever. This business has dampened that down. Trust you are all coping buddies.

Murlo. One for you. Jigsaw sales have rocketed.. My work is indeed done..

So I need eggs so will go to my corner shop. I will go for couple strolls and thats that..

Take care all.. Stay safe

Boo.. Well done any milestoners today.. Welcome back to the fold any returnees.. Welcome aboard newbies

Good Morning Boo,

Im just about to leave for work and it is strangely quiet outside.
My wife has made the dining room into a classroom and lessons begin at 9am.

You stay safe and relaxed. This will pass eventually. We just all need to do as we’re told and get through it together.

Hi Boo

Glad to read about your calm. Something about the post really brought calmness over. I thank you for that ?

..cats..my sister informed me that the other day B had a fight with one of her neighbours cats..☹..she has lovely scratches on her head/eye....the cat is alive..thank god! Sister said she saw it today.

B is not keen on cats. I must be extra alert on walks to protect lil scratchy beasts lol

Anyway. It was good to catch up on chat earlier on. I had mixed emotions about the run..limiting going out there as much as i can....on my days off..however excersice has formed very important part in my routine and life and so i am looking for the ways to keep that up. Run helped i suppose.

Rattling on here lol...sorry.

Hope you're having a good day, look after yourself.

Take care

S&B xx
