My milestone today.. Wheeee and payday with nowt to spend on just priorities.. 

I can self isolate in my cozy home. I am lucky. Well not completely I have to work n shop

Night in finding something upbeat in the box. 

I will not watch so much news or social media. It is triggering my mind not to gamble but to be sent to a dark place.. My ying and yang needs positive. 

Oh.. Minor detail. My hairdresser has got me my hair dye which she will leave by her gate for me when I need it..superstar.

Went out for a walk in the lovely sun. Thoughts on gambling are not linking with urges at the mo. In fact I drove past two closed casinos without feeling anything other than thinking if they can stay closed this long why not forever.. Yes  I know the staff but

Morning diary. 

Had a, little break from it yesterday. Went to chat though. With not getting out n about as much etc. Finding myself getting tense..thst passes and coming here breaks the solitude. 

No gambling. Don't want to either. Although at the mo so many limitations so it's, no no. 

Got a jigsaw on the go. Bought a skipping rope. Will stick to government advice on going out etc. Want this over and lives saved so much.

Ease big guy up there cut some slack now. I pray and pray...
