Finally back from Mongolia and all is well. Didn't work out I'm afraid, the language barrier proved too much and even lust can only last so long. I whispered see ya wrinkles and left this morning first thing. No worries though I'm sure I'll meet the right woman soon, after all I've got all the right attributes, sense of humour, positive outlook, bottle of chloroform, a sound proof cellar etc etc.

just got out the dentist, got the all clear thank God. Waiting now to pick up Maisie, she's in trouble. She broke up the ice on the pond over the weekend with a garden fork. Woke up yesterday to discover all the water had drained from the pond, shed prodded holes through the liner. I'm going to dangle her into the pond until she realises the enormity of the error. She'll probably enjoy that though. Not pleased though, it means me having to go knee deep into it and try and repair it.

Still working between supply and teaching Art to adults, nice and relaxed, no stress on that front. Back okay, still going to the gym. Think I've become addicted to tattoos, got my arm done in November and a huge one on me back two weeks ago. The back one was a bit of an ordeal. Best of all though this I think is my 300 day without a bet. I've not wanted one or been tempted in all that time, I'd rather keep getting tattoos and join a freakshow, if they'd have me. I don't know why I haven't wanted to gamble, I just think you reach a point in life where things change. I'm not talking about my saggy a*se or hairy ears but my state of mind. I never posted in all this time because I just felt like I needed a break, I don't exactly know why so I can't answer that. I never even read any of the posts in all that time until recently. Thank you all for those kind words and thoughts. I'll be away again after this post, hopefully I'll make it to 365 days which is my next target. Take care all, Steve

Wow..tattoos...think you and AN must be on the same vibe with that one...i know from previous posts you are the artistic type and i reckon the most paainful thing might be choosing the right design!!..don't have any myself so can only imagine pain lol.
