just gonna drop a few words in everyday as I continue my journey. Not much happened today other than work and a bit of exercise. However my biggest achievement is that there were no FBOT's used by me today and that's worth a mention:)

Day 4 FOBT free. Got better things to do with my money than give it away again. Pay day tomorrow and the money is straight into the locked saving account 🙂 Hard day at work today and tomorrow and some good exercise tonight. Getting my Buzz from living now not from rotting in front of a screen. Staying strong, focused and feeling great 😉

Day 5 passed with no problem. The sun is shining and still feeling great. Today I will once again be FOBT free 🙂
