I feel so lost and so little at the moment.
I had some bad news today and I did not handle it very well..Â
I’m now realising I need to work on finding myself, creating better healthier habits n routines and actually I need to try n start taking care of myself and my space.
I’m going to try n use this diary to hold myself accountable.
Tomorrow.
Try n have all the washing up done and put away before bed so when you wake up the following morning you feel good.
Brush teeth twice tomorrow.
Brush my hair.
Healthy Feel Good Optional Extra Bonus To Do: Try n do cleanse, tone n moisturise before bed.
Also Remember to take iron tablet.
I’ve been neglecting myself. The above will help toward my journey in finding myself and eventually learning to love myself I hope very much.
