Been looking at my finances again..... Been a great fiveomonths literally all my spending is food and basics at that...... Managed to pay off 1300 off debts in two months when I only earnt 2300 in those two months.

The thing is my debt is kinda my mortgage so it's my rent......luckily I can pay it back at whichever pace I chose...... But I choose quickly...... Maximum saving basic living for me........the humble life.

My luxury is my sky sports subscription for the first six months of the season......really loving it.....

Another week has passed.....in tthe middle of another weekend.....had friday off work too.....watched spurs win in europe horray....theyve won five on the bounce now.... long may that continue.

Ive spent this week doing plenty of exercise..... been to the gym 8 times in 6 days.....wow.....

Bought myself a nice luxury steak today from waitrose.....Im a feast or famine type of person as allways it seems...... i either spend a tenner on frozen food to get 12 meals worth of food or more......or im eating at restaurants and buying steaks for 8 quid each hahahaha..... But in all honesty an indulgence is good every now and then and this really hit the spot today.

I weighd myself after dinner today and im under 86kgs...... still 4kgs off my starting weight back in feb...... would like to improve but im reaching the point where my stumach is actually flat and im now doing weights to build muscle and get a better upper body stronger so i guess ill put on weight if anything.....think ill buy a steak every saturday (maybe a cheaper one in future but a steak nonetheless).

Just went past the 250 week barrier gamble free and at the time i thought horray but i didnt actually stop too much and think about how that was such a huge milestone to get past.....really goes to show how well im doing and thanks to the support on here ive come along way and hopefully that can continue.

Tomo after all that exercise im going to have a big fat rest day...... couch all day.... friends over....spurs game villa game some computer games...... not sure what ill eat need to buy some bread for monday and milk but thats it...... Ill go back to basic buying throughout this week and then will be able to buy a steak for next weekend.

My flat is pretty damp and my clothes well some of them are getting a bit of mould and really its down to not putting the heating on at all to save money...... goin to have to bite the bullet and put it on soon tho.... need to kep my clothes in good order.

fant footy wise i have gone down the table as i allways do.....too many transfers as per and not the best best choices....altho a lot of it is luck.....

@adam123 Hi Adam.  That steak was well deserved 👏👏👏. It is so important that we treat ourselves along this journey, no matter how small, as long as they make us feel good and put a smile on our face, that’s all that matters.
I know what you mean about hanging back from putting the heating on 😆. I refuse to put any on until at least October and have only had it on a couple of times this month, for one hour only. Tonight was another night I succumbed but like you, only because I had washing on my maiden. Luckily for me, I am more often than not always hot and as I live alone, I don’t have anyone else to think about so that’s a bonus 👍.

I am up to 92kg but I am somehow down to a 34" waist from 38". I would like to think it's due to building muscle but the other half hasn't noticed 😂Â
We have a plank competition at work. One month to see how can hold the position for the longest. One guy has done 4mins, I am up to 2:40min. Doing it daily really tones you up!
hi pink lady and the bean thansk for popping by xx........ yes it was very good to indulge.....and even better to get that protein from the steak to build myself up a bit.......Im putting on weight at the moment but i think its not because of my diet or lack of exercise i think im actually putting on muscle? someone at work said i might put on a couple of kg before going down in wieght..... which is actually whats happeing.

Went for a walk last night and kinda pulled a hammy so decided to have a chilled day today and not go to the gym after work...... i did however do 11k steps today tick and spent a couple of hours cleaning my flat..... cleaned bins, toilets, kitchen, dusted lounge etc........ very prodctive monday.... ithink im going to clean every monday form now on...... im also going to finnish of the flat cleaning wise tomo ......

I weigh exactly 86 kgs after dinner tonight.....and I've got 60 kgs of muscle mass......which is apparently very good.......going to work on myscle mass to build on strength
