day 89 gamble free. Feeling good about not gambling but feeling down about x girlfriend. She was my life and gambling ruined it. Im turning that into me being more determined never to gamble again because its not worth it. I have gone from having me own house living with girlfriend, daughter and step son. To back living with me mam. These people who continue to gamble when they partners have supportered them. Just need to look at my situation to see what happens

94th day gamble free. I cant believe how far i have come. Its good to keep an account of were im up to on this site. They one things for certain sue i wont be slipping! and i hope you dont either its just not worth it.

day 95 gamble free

Day 96 gamble free. Everytime i drop kids off with they mam it just upsets because i realise what i have lost. It makes it worse when she so happy and she just got a 62 reg car to round things off. So f*****g sick

Hi Boro,

That must be really difficult for you as like you say it is a reminder but you must also remember what you have acheived over the past 96 days and the reasons why you are doing this.

Try and go easy on yourself remember you had an illness 96 days ago you wasnt a bad person and it wasnt that you didnt love your kids or Girlfriend it was just that the addiction was stronger than anything else in you life. Another reason why we should never go back and stay away from that first bet.

Its amazing what you have done and continue to do, You can be happy it might not feel it sometimes but you can, each day you stay gamble free your stepping towards that.

day 97 gamble free. Had an argument with the x girlfriend this morning about me having kids on sunday. I always pick them up at 10 oclock but she decided to change it to 11 i dont really mind but everytime i have asked for it to be slightly later she goes mad. Plus i have thoughts of why 11 oclock is she out with a bloke saturday and she need time to recover the nexted morning i no its none of my business but i still love her and its killing me.
