day 30. A bit hungover but life good at the minute. Went out lastnight but did not put 1 penny in fruit machines which is good because always put some money in them. Not touched any form of gambling in 30 days. Feels really good

Day 33. Just spent time with the kids today. No thoughts of gambling whatsoever

They no chance m8 of boro been promoted going to be a long season i think. But lets hope im wrong.

Life so much better at the moment,yes i think about what i have lost but that makes me more determined to have a gamble free life for the rest of my life. Yes me daughters mam makes things worse bye judging me and making things harder. But she just a b**** who is not worth my time. Every chance she gets she has a go bye calling me a waster and a lier.

This hurts because i do still love her but its time to move on from her as well.

Just done a 11 hour shift at work,tired. But life still good. Yes money tight but you dont need money to make ya happy. just not gambling or evening thinking about gambling just makes me happy.

Today been fine just had a hangover again but no thoughts whats so ever to gamble

day 38. A long day ahead with me being at work till 8. Nothing more to say really. Apart from its nice to be on day 38 without gambling on anything and not even having the thought to gamble. But my problem normal starts when i start and get meself on track money wise and have plenty of money to gamble with. Where as at the minute i only have a little money to live on. But i no gamble is the thing of the past for me
