Hi Boro,

I am new to this site but have read your diary and been inspired by your need to stop. You say you are in work till 8, that is one long day, but what a fantastic acheivement getting to day 38 without a relapse. You must have been paid within those 38 day's so you have overcome the urge to gamble having had money in your hand. You should congratulate yourself. I hope I can resist the urge after my next pay day, but like you I keep telling myself now gambling is a thing of the past. Stay strong today and think of what you can do or buy to make your life better with the money that you have earned today. Keep up the good work.

Hi kathy

It is a fantastic achievement kathy and it feels really good. At day 1 i was lower than i have ever been in my life. But things are starting to look up and i have realised i cant gamble because i cant stop weather i win or not. I just didnt have control i would win 500 one day and go and lose a 1000 the next. Whats the point in that. Yes i have been paid within them 38 days but i dont have anymoney, i have let me brother take control of me money. He gives me money if i need some for petrol and things like that but i cant get me hands on any large quantity of cash which i am pleased about. I no i would not go and gamble but it aint worth the risk. Thanks for the support kathy
