The days are flying carl. Im at that point were i am over what i did 67 days ago. It still hurts but i have moved on. I get great strength out of reading other peoples diaries and thinking the people who think they can still have even a 1 pound bet are kidding themselves. To be honest i used to be that way. But i now no that for a compulsive gambler that is a big mistake thats why i gamble on absolutely nothing and i wont for a very long time, maybe never again because my life is so much better

I dont even think about gambling anymore its like i have finally woke up. Still think about the money i have lost but they nothing i can do about that now its gone
