Good morning Stephen,

Thank you for taking your time and posting on my dairy. Your continuous support and encouragement means a lot. I'm waiting in my local garage at the moment to change my car's front pads and disc. Previously, this would have been a perfect opportunity to have few spins on roulette on my mobile while waiting. However, I'm onto better things now and rather keeping myself busy reading the forum. I hope you have a lovely day buddy.

Pras

Hi Stephen,

I wanted to thank you for taking the time to write on my diary. I struggle writing to others for fear of sticking my foot in my mouth. Anyway, you seem like a very kind person. Thanks for popping by.

Thank you for the posts on my diary which are greatly appreciated.

I arrived safely at my sisters in Surrey yesterday afternoon. Pay day today so I will have some cash to get out and about with sister, her husband, children and grandchildren.

Wishing all on the diaries a contented, gamble free Easter...stephen

Hi Stephen, glad you've arrived at your sisters safely.
You always manage to make me smile when I read your posts to me. You give me a 'little miss' name for all occasions. I think 'hmmm let's have a look, who am I today then?' Haha!
Have lots of easter fun spending your money on something worthwhile this month!!
All good wishes and a big hug back from little miss many names! X

Hi

Thanks for your post on my diary. Well done to you too on your first month & achieving 30 days gamble free. We are in the right mind set now - I haven’t been on here much lately but still staying gambling free - just not thinking too much about it.

Best wishes for the next gamble free month!

Hello Stephen, many thanks for being very encouraging to me in my diary and the Guru challenge thread. Good to hear you are keeping busy by spending time with family and not the gambling demons. Very difficult to abstain when you carry a bank card around. Shows you are progressing by trusting yourself with it.

Hi Stephen. Can I have membership to your fan club too ? It’s really wonderful reading all of the comments here where you have been a great support to others and including myself . Keep going and apply the same great advice and care to yourself . Sometimes we can be excellent at helping others but forget to help ourselves! I’m sure you are doing really well , everyone else on here is indebted to you for your continued support . Speak soon no doubt !

Thank you so much for the posts on my diary.

Enjoying Easter at my sisters and having great fun with nephews and nieces etc.

Life is so much better without gambling, not worrying about money or tormenting myself with thoughts of having a bet. More sociable and I believe I am better company as well.

What a wonderful uplifting post! I am so pleased for you! It is totally true that when we are not gambling we are better company as we are actually in the moment rather than distracted by gambling thoughts / regrets / desires. Very very well done! And thanks for posting on my diary. Enjoy the rest of your holiday plans. X
