Morning diary day 36

Long very busy day yesterday and hopefully more of the same today/night not looked at any fixtures for football or darts today so I don't get tempted.

A couple of days off after today to go Christmas shopping with a stay over tmoz nite so nice little break with the girlfriend and recharge the batteries as I've been piling in the hours. Feels really good to have not wasted a penny at the bookies can definitely see the benefit now.

Still got a hell of lot of unpaid bills main ones are up to date tho rent/council tax etc will sit down after Christmas and sort out a plan to get em cleared and sort payment plans etc.

Have a great weekend all.

Day 39.

Thanks Freddie for your message and support.

Not managed to get on here at the weekend been so busy with shopping and spent far to much but all for the right reasons and the kids will get what they wanted for Christmas so I'm relieved about that now.

A couple more busy days to go need to replenish the stocks before it goes dead quiet in January.

No intention to gamble today looking forward to day 40 tmoz and bringing up the half century early in the new year.

Dear diary

Just a quick one today to wish everyone a very merry Christmas hope you all had a great day

Had a lovely day with family and a meal out so no cooking or washing up. Been spoilt like I don't deserve off the girlfriend hope I can have a betfree 2015 and give her the best Christmas next year.

Day 41 the easiest day for us in recovery today I guess.

Day 43

Did look at odds on the darts games today but they were terrible so wasn't tempted don't know why I even looked to tempt myself and a big upset this evening should help me resist in future too.

Day 44

Just about survived another day was really hard away day following my team today and my bro had a few bets on not really a problem for him he's happy putting his pound on I'm to greedy to be happy with that and I think if I'd of seen a bookies on route cudda been in trouble thankfully there wasn't.

Got to stay on my guard can feel a slip just around the corner gotta keep fighting it the determination seems to have left me atm.

Well done on 44 days taxi man.
It is tough at times fighting those urges;each urge beaten is another step up the ladder.

You've just gotta keep reminding yourself that any winnings are only gambling tokens.
You would never stop if you won,it's all false.
Whilst gambling there is a question mark over every penny you earn.

Keep off that merry go round, you can't win cos you can't stop.

Keep going strong TM.
