Thanks michael although how I feel this morning is not good but need to write it down got in a lot of debt not sure where to turn but maybe this was always the place was going to reach before I stopped I guess was always on the cards 🙁 day 1

Having to come clean to girlfriend tonight got in a lot of debt as usual hope she forgives me she will have to take full control of my finances for a year at least I'm a loser of the highest order anyone thinking of betting after abstaining for a while please be in my head right now it would be enough to stop you have made my life a mess 🙁

Yep not good morning but everything out in the open the worst thing is I still think about gambling it destroys you yet we still continue :-/ day 1 here lot of sorting out to do money problems everywhere 🙁

Fella there is one fact that stands tall.

Gambling will not fix any financial problems,it will only add to them.

You will never lose the thoughts of gambling my friend,you like me are an addict,you cannot turn it off,it will live within you for life.

Today my advice look at one debtor at a time,be honest with them,make a repayment schedule you can keep to,tomorrow repeat the cycle.

If you give recovery the same effort you do your gambling you will see that the polar opposite happens to your life.

The financial problems are the side effect of this terrible addiction,as the funds gambled are the fuel to feed it.

They are not the main issue,they are symptoms,you through arresting the punt cancel them both out.

I wish there was a quick fix for you fella,the truth is there is not,addiction will have you believe it is the quickest solution.

Truth there is it is the quickest way to lose everything,much more than the money to boot.

Make the right choice today,tomorrow will be better for it.
