My son is 15 years old in a couple of weeks it come to my attention that he as set up to gambling accounts using my name and bank account he spent around £700 one one of the casino and around £500 on another one I’ve currently emailed these companies asking for the account to be closed down as he is only a minor and asked for a refund anyone else experience this and what was the outcome. Definitely worth trying but in all honesty I would be amazed if they refund the money. It will be somewhere in there 6 million page terms and conditions. Please don't waste too much time on it as it will frustrate you so much. Gambling operators don't care where or how they get their money. They know the majority comes from incorrect source of funds and they do nothing about it. Put it this way, if operators only took money from responsible gamblers with funds sourced in legal ways then they would all go bust tomorrow.
I don't want to tell you what to do, but the fact that your son has done this, he needs help with counselling. He needs to work with your support to stop. Gambling addiction needs to be taken seriously. I started at 12 and gave up at 56.
