New here, I have been Matched betting since 2017. I have invested my money wisely and purchased a family home and I am in a well paid job.

My partner is pregnant with our second  child and I have been wanting to "make sure we are financially OK" so have turned to gambling and I don't know why. A bit of background, In 2006-2008 I had quite a bad online poker gambling problem but I managed to overcome it at the time.

I stayed focus, didn't place a single bet until 2017, and that is when I got disciplined and focussed on Matched Betting.

I had a casino win a few weeks ago, and I have probably given the bookies back most of that just through stupidly doing 'offers' that don't offer any value.

I have alot of money that I have built up in savings and I don't want to lose it.

I am going to stop this, I have to stop this, I don't need to do this!

Hi Jellos

I hope I'm not reading the wrong thing in your post and your addiction might convince you that you can control matches betting ? I presume not. Tazmans advice is perfect. You need to build as wide a moat around you between you and your next bet to make it virtually impossible
