Heres my Previous objectives (Now i write all this as a way of starting new objectives and challenges to overcome in 2026.....)

number 1: get down to 88 kgs in weight like last summer.

Soo far ive weighed today at lightest time and i was just under 90 then after dinner i was 90.7.......  So as i was 92.5 a month ago its progress and good progress at that.......  As allways its not thru lack of exercise its solely down to the cals i eat soo much my body cant burn it all off...... room for improvement as allways....

number 2: continue with my savings goals.......600 a month saved average...

This month ive done well ive saved 800 pounds....... helped by the vodaphone sainsburys vouchers that paid for a wohle month of food......  ive also bought a treadmill which should help with my steps at home....

number 3: no spending on computer games this year.... tricky but i know i can do it....

Now this hasnt been tough soo far........  i have plenty of games to play with my subscriptionsim very lucky.

number 4: Appreciate now....now is goood.... love life

Loving the world cup and the summer now is very very good..... adam xx

Now im trying my best to do all my annual targets this year and smash them out the park......

Number one is to get down to 88kg in this year.......  well im hoping i can smash that over the next few months..... So far ive got down from 92.5 to 90.5 (well i weighed in under 90 the other morning which felt great im not gonna lie)........  So with all things i try i either dont do at all or completely go at it 100 percent....

So with the 100 percent approach ive watched a few you tube vids and have come up with some cheats for staying full but intaking fewer cals....... number one Overnight oats for breakfast...... now this is where i cheat as im actually consuming more cals with this than my 62 cals single weetabix i usually have....... altohugh i dont feel starving by before midday....... also the benefits of the dried fruit in this is really good for me....... then lunch im having just a single ham sandwich or soup ham sandwich is 216 cals,,,,,,,,, soup around 400 plus the bread....... with this in mind im sticking with ham sandwich for first two weeks of this new effort.......Then snacks after work...... i allways have a coffee and crisps.......some times toast....... again trying to knock this on the head....... so ive watched vids and the three things im introducting are:

1) Berries....... Strawberries, blackberries etc...... these are full of goodness and low in cals and high in a lot i need......

2) Watermelon......... now this is not only great for me but also mazingly almost solely just water...... the cals are soo low....... today i  had when got home and i love it with my coffee.....

then

wait for it

3) Zero sugar Jelly with a dash of ice cream........  This is my evening cheat for before gym or post gym depending on energy........ jelly i hear u say!!!!!!!!! surely thats bad for u? but infact not only is it only 10 cals per serving it actually contains protein and creates a jelly around my stumach making it fuller and giving me enrgy all for 10 cals..... its a no brainer......

Then action two on objective one is the gym.......

Ive started not only doing steps but also weights and push ups at gym.

Im starting super light and taking it gradually as dont want to injure myself.

so each time ive been doing 27.5 weight 3 x 12 pulls...... 27.5 weight 3 x 10 pull downs...... and 10 x push up from the knees.....

actually id say

  • 250g Rump Steak (Raw, lean weight): ~355 calories
Lean rump steak averages about 142 calories per 100g. If cooked in oil or butter, remember to add roughly 120 calories per tablespoon.
    [1]
  • 200g Prepared Overnight Oats: ~245 calories
Standard prepared oats made with milk or a mix of yogurt/milk provide roughly 122 calories per 100g.
    [1]
  • Ham Sandwich (with White Bread): ~270 calories
Based on a simple sandwich consisting of two slices of medium white bread and standard sliced ham, without heavy condiments. Add 30–50 calories if you used a thin layer of butter or mayonnaise.
    [1]
  • 50g Ice Cream (Standard Vanilla): ~100 calories
A standard scoop of traditional dairy vanilla ice cream averages around 200 calories per 100g.
    [1, 2]
  • 100g Potato (Raw weight): ~77 calories
White potatoes contain 77 calories per 100g before any cooking oils or toppings are introduced.
    [1]
  • 150g Watermelon: ~45 calories
Watermelon is highly hydrating and low in energy density, totaling about 30 calories per 100g.
    [1, 2]
  • 20ml Semi-Skimmed Milk: ~10 calories
A splash of standard 2% milk contains exactly 10 calories.
    [1]
  • 30g Carrot (Raw or boiled): ~12 calories
Carrots are incredibly light, offering about 41 calories per 100g.
    [1, 2]
  • Zero Sugar Jelly: 10 calories
Using the exact value provided for the pre-packaged pot.
2. Quick Math Check
\(355+245+270+100+77+45+10+12+10=1124\text{\ calories}\)
