Hi bear,

So sorry to hear about Dark place...hell, this gambling s*** can really mess with our heads. I know you do your best to help him, but my friend ..all we can do just pray for souls sometimes.

Please keep looking after yourself also..you and your recovery matters!

I will look forward to hear from you on challenge thread.

My thoughts are with you and DP..keep believing

S x

Fella good to see that recovery treats you well, you have never given up on yourself, for that I hope you continue to reap a rewarding life.

Regards Patrick, only he can decide when enough is enough, we can just be ready to support him when he does, the doors of recovery revolve, it doesn't matter how many times you walk through the doors it is what you learn each time you do.

You are testament to that.

Keep making the right choice

Abstain and maintain
