Easy Bear ☺

I hate my job too! 😀 ...but you know, we gotta work so we pay the bills, put food on the table and so on.

Remember that job is not everything. I guess most of us are only numbers for our companies anyway, & that is not worth sweating about! You worry about your duties but do they put at least tiny consideration to their staff? Hmmmm...i doubt it also.

My boss is a c***, my manager is just about manageable lol andy colleague is just tapping me on the back repeating fav words "just breathe Sandra and calm down..don't stress it's not worth it".! ☺

Yep...off for work also today, HD indeed... let's do it dear friend...foot in front of another!

And far as gambling concerned - BLOODY WAYYYYYY TO GOOOOOOOOOO ON UR ABSTINENCE!!!!!

Take care 😉

S xx

Lol Sandra we must have same boss just can't tolerate rudeness and people laughing at you I can handle constructive criticism but not a form of bullying which is what he is doing anyway will keep battling till alternative is available have little mouth to feed although don't want to be wandering around like a miserable man as I am at the moment so there is a balance 🙁 day 144 no thoughts of gambling no need to anymore to much in life to concentrate on 🙂 x

Hi Bear,

145 days, you will notice stuff that you feel is not good for you as you progress with your recovery, You are now concentrating on other things.

I think there is a bully type Manager in most work places, try not to take it too personally, because you are now becoming aware of things you never even noticed when in the grip of gambling,

You are much stronger now, mentally, don't let him get to you.

Keep strong and be proud of what you are doing

Thanks Suzanne day 145 I am a chauffeur for a living so a relationship with a boss is critical there has to be mutual respect on both halves otherwise it doesn't work I handed my notice in this morning and will be meeting in the office at 2 I won't be changing my mind my head has spun with it they are rude talk to me like c**P basically not nice people me not gambling does make things more attentive but rudeness I can't tolerate especially when I carry the stress home with me to my boy and fiancГ© rant over have a good day everyone x

Bear.

Fella for some reason I had you marked as a builder!

How wrong a man can be.

I tolerated many horrendous bosses throughout my gambling life, addiction always stood in the way of my voicing any opinions.

Do you think that you are seeing life in black and white today, gambling addiction I believe distorts our vision.

You are standing up to what is right for you and yours, for that I believe only good will come.

Without doubt addiction will enter the fray,it will be telling you that there is a quick buck or two to be made.

Fella that is poppycock, bol#locks and we both know it.

Work is important, but our choice to live within harmony with addiction is the catalyst for everything, without it the truth is our lives are simply unmanageable

Active gambling addicts are no good to themselves and a danger to everyone else.

You are living in recovery my friend, I believe that it is a wonderful working process

Take pride in it,own it,believe in your commitment

You stumbled a few times, addiction appeared to have you on the ropes

You fought back, remember the worst times, learn from them.

Abstain and maintain

Duncs stepping forward never back
