Thanks Suzanne 🙂 day 156 so tried a bit of courier work yesterday wow I enjoyed it I know it's not best job or clever but I was out meeting people in the sunshine had a purpose for first time in a while will be starting properly a week Monday self employed totally new arena for me taking me out of comfort zone for sure,scared and excited but feeling human again chauffeuring worked for me once not anymore x

Day 157 no better sight than having dark place back still on his journey to beat this horrible illness I actually believe it's all down to us I gambled as it took me out of life it took my responsibilities away and hid me my therapy showed me why I now look in mirror and it makes sense making sense of it was my battle things lot clearer now 🙂 have good evening all x

Thanks Suzanne day 159 another trial day tomorrow for yodel excited nervous new route in my life onwards and upwards finally taking myself out of comfort zone and it feels good 🙂 have good week all x

Congrats on 159 days. Not long until 6 months which is great. You seem to have come a long way since the dark days earlier on.

Thanks James 🙂 day 161 hard days work yesterday learning new job but lovely being out meeting people all part of my recovery taking me back out of comfort zone and learning to be me again all good 🙂 out for meal tonight with good friends and start work for real on Monday all exciting stuff 🙂 have good day all x
