Thank you Sandra for your continued support it means a lot day 205 just updated my profile pic as max getting bigger now so proud to be his dad amazing little boy, the last 205 days have had real ups and downs but all worth it will never let guard down because happiness and calmness is all around me now with gambling I never had either just false messages never give up trying light is at the end of the tunnel just got to keep walking.

Fella I have walked by your side from day one of your recovery and yes there's been plenty of ups and downs, the good outweighs the bad my friend and the next bobby moore stood in your profile picture is testament to your continued effort.

215 days have gone gambling takes a massive shift to the back of my mind the front of my mind now controls it in May I will be one year clear I know it there is no looking back anymore my journey sometimes rocky but I always learnt lessons to put me where I am now have a great evening all x
