Hi Bear.

So so pleased for you to read that you are now doing so well! What is it that has changed do you know?

Seems a bit strange for me counting days again and a little depressing to be honest but need to keep reminding myself that this was a lapse and not a total relapse and that I did clock up over 800 days (minus one day gambling way back). Need to keep this in mind, not focus too much on number of days but just focus on getting back to where I had got myself to.

Take care Bear and look after yourself and your family.

Dear bear, please don't let this distract you from what you have achieved, no you are not happy, but as you say you are more educated.and even wiser, carry on my friend, you had a minny blip, and the result was the same, as before, gambling is a total waste of our lives, our families, our time and our money.

Keep strong and keep safe.

Bear.

Fella you know like I do that gambling in any format is for us totally unacceptable because one punt will never be enough.

From this episode enjoy your own honesty.

It's a quality recovery gifts.

Fella put the right blocks in place and move on.

Abstain and maintain

Duncs stepping forward never back.
