Brilliant mate you are doing so well yes that xmas target is definitely on now! The transfer window is open time to make some killer signings! I still cant believe how long we've gone without a bet its not a bad achievement is it! Do you follow Scotland? Do they have a chance against Germany?!

Sh#t day at work and had done a good few things for wife today,so thought I would be coming home to a happy house but no thanks for what I had done.she was in better moods when I gambled and came home moaning. Really does my head in. Apart from that I am still gamble free, but if I had a chance right now I would probably take it to take my mind off wife been such a b****. 🙁 so fed up right now but must keep head on the right track.

Scotty

Fella we all have bad days my friend,it is how we deal with them that makes the next one worth getting up for.

You are doing something amazing my friend

A fella said to me once, even on the shi##ttiest of days we can still stand tall and have something to be proud of.

Abstain and maintain

Are those days worth cashing in??

The odds f*****g su#ck fella!!!

Enjoy the fact you won.

Tomorrow do the same

Duncs stepping forward never back

Hi Scotty,

Thanks for your post on my diary.

I have just read yours and can see a lot of parallels with where I'm at to the place you were in around mid-July.

Hoping I can emulate your run of gambling free days and get to Xmas without any more betting.

Best wishes, keep up the good work.

Alrite scotty how you doing mate good I hope. Hope you are enjoying yet another bet free weekend. I am coping fine for once but have definitely lost some of my love for football which saddens me a bit. If Scotland are bad England can't be far behind!!

Excellent mate great to see you doing so well. That 100 days will loom into view before long and that is amazing isn't it! Glad you are able to speak to your wife openly about it, gives you such a great chance of beating this for good.
