Day 2 done! Still in my mind that grand loss is hurting! And then I think of the 1700 loss the week before! I had to pay a few bills today and brought some food and spend about 100 and then the urge to bet 100 on a Evens shot horse to get my money back i just spend! Crazy Mind you might all think and yeah it is but that's just how my brain feels! I am a VERY sick man! I can not NOT bet responsibly like those ads keep telling us!

Yeah I think I will as I lost 400 today in a utter moment of madness! The only way which Is going to work for me is to cut out access of all funds i still got left which is 9 grand but I will have nothing if I could get access to it! The trouble is I don,t work too as on the sick for depression so I will be looking for volunteering work to fill the time gap with gambling! And maybe go for walks and that! Any advice on how to fill up my time to keep away from gambling would be respected!
