So hello there diary!
Saying goodnight to day 32.... the month has come and gone ... brought a hair dye today .. popped it on and wash and dried my hair ... And it wasn't half as hard to let myself ... really have to start taking time for me!
And I've made the decision that I'm going to start my driving lessons again .... starting with step one .. reapply for my provisional next week !

Congratulation Naomi . 33 Days you have battled this terrible addiction .
You have had some sad days but coped with it and moved forward . No mean feat as the addiction will try to exploit any chink in our armour . It masquerades as our friend but brings only misery for ourselves and our loved ones .
You are a star getting brighter ever day . A beacon of light 6 days up ahead inspiring me and others to stay strong and remain true to our hopes and aspirations .

Another day down... been to vote, feel so strongly it's made me feel sick and worried ... I'm concerned for so much yet in a selfish way it's so much better than worrying how I'm going to feed the kids because I gambled too much ... making me very aware of my bigger picture and the wants and needs I have for my kids ..
Here's to day 35 and hopefully the result I see I need for mine and the kids future

Hey detrimental no sharpies yet ! Been mega busy though ... I have bagged myself a job ...and thanks abstainer feel a bit proud at hitting 40 days ... my partner is struggling a little subconsciously keeps dreaming we have a nice house and I gamble it all away ... some times it's hard to defend my self with my past actions xx
Woah, long time no see diary ! Still going strong as writing this seeing in day 45... got an impromptu job which I started Friday enjoying reclaiming something for me ... any way just a quick drop in for now ... shall report again soon

heWoahhh hello there ... it's been a long time diary ... day 69 ! And it's been a see saw ... piled a few pounds on not sure if this is contentment of not gambling or boredom or what but really need to shake my leg !! Hope everyone's gamble free and taking. Care of themselves ... will drop in soon !

Congratulations on 100 Days GF Naomi . I've also put a few pounds on ( 10 to be precise ) think I maybe need to put the breaks on that . Probably using less nervous energy and maybe eating more than I was .

Well here I am back to day one .... managed to do a grand job of wrecking my life yet again ... best thing is I’ve opened it up for ammunition at every angle not sure where to turn or what to do knowing full well this is my own fault and doing 🙁 xx
