You have to give your recovery away to keep it as they say...

charlotte. Wow ten weeks gamble free, thats ten weeks into a journey that has been over many bumps and pot holes but you, yes you have steered yourself on in search of the light. Be proud very proud you oh so deserve it. Keep making that choice just for today no bet. And most of all keep enjoying your maddison an inspiration. Well done from me. A massive well done. Had a gr8 day yesterday, took Maddison swimming altho we could have just stayed outside really we would have got just as wet with the amount of rain lol

Going out 4 a family meal this afternoon 4 my Aunties bday, so looking 4ward 2 that 🙂

I am feeling really positive still and content, no thoughts of gambling!

I am enjoying life without the stress and panic that gambling brings!

Weekend here , time to don the Wellies , ( my pink ones got packed away with the rest of my fairy gear)

And spend some quality time with your BF and Maddison , what ever you do hope you have fun.

10 weeks is a fantastic achievement , one that you can just build and build upon. And everyday I hope it gets just that little bit easier as you become stronger and stronger.
