You have had a real roller coaster year and i do hope that the shocks and sadness will soon pass even though we always carry our loved ones close in our memories and stories.........

Keep posting and keep your chin up love...your doing great not to run away from everything and everyone is here to support you so you don't have to run any more ..

So, so sorry to hear of your sad news.

Right now, you have got to be very strong for yourself, your little one and your family.

Running away to the nearest virtual machine (the one without any love, values or morals) is NOT the answer but you already know this.

It will be hard to resist, we know, but just think how proud your grandad will be when you make the right choices in the next few days.

So sorry I haven't been around hun. Just caught up with your diary, and am so sorry for your loss. You are amazing staying strong at a time like this, don't underestimate the power you have.

Everything must seem very much upside down right now, but do me a favour? Let people look after you. I read about you trying to care for your nan and cheer her up, but make sure you don't push your own feelings aside in the process. You need a lot of tlc right now too.

I've had a really nice day 2day at the beach with Maddison and my brothers wife and their 2 little ones. Just been enjoying the sunshine and watching my little girl enjoying herself she loves the water much more rewarding than gambling!
