Thank you for your continued support. I have been thinking a lot over the past few days and have decided that I need to take up a new interest. I have always been really sporty but have let things slip over the past few years due to wasting time gambling. I am going to get back in trim again - healthy body and mind!!

I am going out in town with my friends 2nite 4 some drinks... I'm really looking 4ward 2 it. This is a big test 4 me tho as I gambled in the pubs.... So I need 2 stay strong and away from the machines!

Im getting to my rock bottom now and its messy and ugly and i'm trying to spew it out whilst also protecting people from it.

Always protect yourself Charlotte and truly am chuffed to bits to see you doing do well..some days it hurts as i'm still stuck and I get jealous...but its not anyones fault... I just have no patience with myself..

have a great night out hun...I know you will be fine in those pubs ....and as its so nice maybe you could sit outside if they have a beer garden or something away from those machines...

Sorry I should have been more clear with my post! I just meant I would remove those who have not checked in at all yet on either week! You have checked in both weeks it doesn't have to be Friday and I know you are doing brilliantly in your recovery so I would definitely not remove you from the thread!
