Thanks mjb4000 for your support and encouragement it helped me a great deal I got the strength to get out of the bed and went out with my girls to eat out.
I have allowed my gambling to a source if have money to gamble then I am full of energy without it I am tired and lazy . My plan for tomorrow that I have to find some other activities that I too get energy. It could be anything even I have to clean the bath for her. I have put my family through so much it is paying back time.
I have accepted that I can't handle money so I will not try to handle money anymore.
Once again thank you all for accepting me for accepting my behaviour allowing me to forum.
Thank you all and good luck with the recovery.

Hi swati and welcome to the diary forums.

Good idea to keep busy and being with the family, it takes the stress off, that we get at the beginning of our recovery.

As NT says another good idea is to update your diary every day, it's like checking in with yourself,

One day at a time is the sure way to move forwards and upwards.

Best wishes

Suzanne xx
