well thats another day totted up

its been good to be bit of a slow day today and caught up on quite a few diaries,on the gambling front i havent had any thoughts or been gambling. im going through a bit of a funny stage right now, where when it comes to writing on my diary, i dont really have anything to say, i am still plugging along gamble free, maybe it is my life changing for the better what with training started for the marathon i seem to be occupied and generally i seem to be out and about i have gone from being a one man gambling hermit to not enough hours in the day to see and do things

HI Carl,

Your doing amazing and go you training for a marathon wow.

You sound like your hitting the middle we all seem to have hit it and me and lots of other people got to the same point about diarys, from experience what i would say is this, you might not think you need your diary or have much to say but why break a winning formula.

Your doing brilliant carl and support so many on here.. well done mate.

Cheers Carl for your thoughts on my diary, I was hoping for some feedback and appreciate all opinions whatever they are. I totally agree with what you said. In glad you agree I'm still gamble free but I shouldn't be putting myself in positions like or sooner or later I'll be the one putting the money in. So if I make sure I'm not in that position to often - if at all. I think I'll be fine. Thanks again mate and glad that your doing well. You seem to be ticking along nicely. The fact that you have less to say can only be a good thing. Take care and good luck with the marathon training.

day 70

its been 10 weeks today i started this journey and how good is that?? i should be jumping up and down but to be honest today i am tired cos i still seem to be rushing around at 100 miles an hour, i have realised now that is when my guard goes down and i am most vunerable but im sticking to marathon training to the dot, something i have never done before cos gambling took over and took priority over training. so i will head out in a bit and do it cos i do feel better afterwards, and i have friday off work this week so then i can relax a bit and carry on this rollercoaster ride and pass my longest stint of 82 days.

gamble frees the way forward

Hi Carl

Massive well done on the ten weeks , it is a rollercoaster of a journey with many ups and downs and sometimes u can get lost with so much goin on , take a step back and look at the big picture ur doin amazingly well don't put to expectations on too far ahead go back to that one day at a time and enjoy that day ultimately that's what's life is all bout

Really pleased for u though and admire u for the marathon

Take care
