You'll be glad to hear I am madder than ever & there was no way I was gonna let them put me back to day 1 but I missed a lot of the early days out of my diary (the dreams/nightmares, the sleepless nights, the bad moods) I think it's important to remind people having easy recoveries like I am to know that there is no cure for this!

I was gonna say hope you don't mind me adopting HD but there no adoption going on here, it's out & out theft I'm afraid - are you gonna have a word with the Oxford Dictionary or shall I 😉

295 days and not even one single penny spent on any form of gambling, and there won't be today, as I am committed 100% to my recovery, Choice made, abstaining and maintaining one day at time, is the way forward for me.

Signing on day this morning, and LM coming this afternoon, weather looks lovely this morning, so a trip to the park is on the agenda with Yorkie in tow, this afternoon.

So another good gambling free day ahead.

Good morning diary,

296 days today.

Woke up with stupid silly thoughts in my head as soon as I opened my eyes, crafty bloody addiction, trying a new technique, saying you can play a tenner and then stop, I just told it am still in 20000 debt, does it think I am stupid enough to get into any more debt , I then came straight on here, and it gave up. So another win already and the day has only just started.

Feeling more positive and stronger than ever now, because my recovery comes 1st abstaining and maintaining always at one day at a time, No horrible hideous addiction will take my recovery away from me because I am holding on to my roller coaster ride very

tightly going forwards and upwards.
